Guarantee, Warranty and refund Policies

Our Guarantee:

  • We fully inspect and take photos of the shipping box and its contents prior to start working on them (We encourage you to do the same). Any damage or a defect found during the inspection, we will inform you prior to performing the service.

  • We have test platforms for BMW and Porsche, and we will test the key(s) functionality before shipping it back to you (We can send you a video upon request).

  • If we failed for any reason to provide the products or services you purchased due to a fault of ours, we will issue a full refund and return your original equipment to you.

Limited Warranty:

  • We warrants the labor and replacement or repair of Keys, Smart Keys and Key Fobs that are defective due to manufacture defect for up to 30 Days from the invoice/ receipt date unless otherwise specified in advance.

  • Warranty does not apply to those products that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence or vandalism.

  • Warranty does not extend to any damage that occurs due to natural phenomenon (e.g. lightning, hurricanes, floods, fires.. etc.).

  • Warranty does not apply on any item or a product provided by the customer (e.g. ECM, ECU,FEM, CAS, BCM, CEM.. etc.).

  • Warranty does not extend to any damage that occurs due to a shipper careless handling and/ or any customer’s neglect to securely wrap their items when shipping to us.

 

Return/ Exchange Policies:

  • All products and services sales are final and non-refundable or exchangeable.

  • No refunds will be issued after placing an order if you changed your mind about obtaining our services or product purchasing for any reason.

  • Refusing to print, fill and mail the required “Owner Authorization Form”, is not a ground for refund. This will results in shipping your package to you and no refund will be issued to you.
